Liriodendron tulipifera Fastigiata Upright Tulip Tree

DESCRIPTION: This is an upright growing form of the Tulip Tree. Attractive tulip shaped scented flowers of pale green with orange centers appear after the nnew leaves. The leaves are large and have a distinct shape and are green, turning golden in Autumn. Prefers acidic solis and is also tolerant to air pollution

TREE CARE: Plant in a well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune to shape if necessary.
