Liriodendron tulipifera Tulip Tree

DESCRIPTION: A beautiful tree producing large leaves that turn beautifully gold in autumn. Well known for its beautiful, scented flowers shaped like a tulip. Flowers are yellow-green with orange centres. An ornamental addition to any garden.

TREE CARE: Plant in a well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune to shape if necessary.
